Terms of Booking

Students will receive a full refund in the event of a course being cancelled by aCa.

Refunds are not given in the case of a student cancelling his attendance, an alternative course (s) may in this situation be however permissible.

By booking with aCa, you are confirming the funds used to pay for the LLB Revision Course(s) are from a cleared legitimate origin and source, that you are prepared to disclose any personal information in the form of identification documents which may be required for aCa to carry out any customer due diligence checks as necessary; in compliance with UK money laundering regulations.

aCa operate on a professional code of conduct, therefore we reserve the right to exclude any student who behaves inappropriately from our courses. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances, in extreme circumstances the student will be asked to leave the lecture/courses forthwith; with no refund of fees being returned to the individual in question.
